What we collect

The details you enter in the enquiry form: your name, company, work email, and optionally your phone number, province or region, number of locations, retail type, product interest and message.

How we use it

We use these details to respond to your enquiry, to manage the resulting business relationship, to protect this website against abuse, and to meet legal obligations that apply to us. We do not sell your information, and submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or any marketing list.

Where it is stored

Enquiry submissions are processed and stored in a database hosted by Supabase, the database service used by this website. Submissions are stored so that we can read and respond to them; they are not publicly readable through the website. After a submission is stored, our server may attempt to forward a notification copy of the enquiry details through Martin Max's existing official retail contact system at martin-max.com. That attempted notification is not guaranteed to be delivered; the stored submission remains the record we work from, and your enquiry is reviewed either way. If you would rather not use this form, you may email us directly at sales@martin-max.com.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry details only as long as reasonably needed to respond to your enquiry, manage the business relationship, protect this website, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Your requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the details you submitted. Send the request through the contact form on this website, or write to us by postal mail at the address below.
